Overview

Within a short time of you arriving at your resettlement prison Catch22 will complete an assessment with you. The results of that assessment will enable their advisors to tailor the support offered to you.

What we do

- You will be assessed by a Catch22 advisor shortly after your arrival in prison.

- 12 weeks before your release date you will come back into contact with Catch 22 who will tailor the support they give you depending on the results of your first assessment.

If you require support with accommodation you will be given the opportunity to attend a workshop which will include information on; what housing would be available to you and how you need to go about accessing it or any assisatance you need to keep the housing you already have. The workshops will often be delivered in conjunction with different partner agencies.

This plan will also be made available to your probation officer to sign off on and monitor upon your release.
