Overview

Dance Movement Psychotherapy is one of the creative arts-based therapies, founded on the principle that movement reflects a person's pattern of thinking and feeling.

The process uses movement and dance to facilitate emotional, physical, social, mental, and spiritual well-being.

What we do

Dance Voice is right for any one, of any age, ability, mobility or need. Dance Movement Psychotherapy may be helpful for a person who is working through emotional change or trauma, or who wants to develop or improve his or her self-esteem, physical mobility, social integration, or behavioral patterns.
