24-Hour National Domestic Violence Freephone Helpline

0808 2000 247 : Run in partnership between Women's Aid and Refuge  -  The purpose of the joint Helpline service is to deliver a responsive, empowering and effective freephone 24hr National Domestic Violence Helpline Service that gives women, children and their supporters the confidential support and information they need at the time that they need it. Our main aim is to keep women and children safe.

Men’s Advice Line England (MALE)

A confidential line offering support and advice for men in abusive relationships by giving them a chance to talk about their experiences, providing emotional support and offering practical advice. MALE can sign-post to specialist services providing housing, legal, mental health, child contact and parenting advice and they will listen to men in a non judgmental way.

Open Monday – Wednesday 10am – 1pm and 2pm-5pm.

Next Link is a specialist domestic abuse agency based in central Bristol offering refuge accommodation and support and advice to women experiencing domestic abuse. Next Link also offers a dedicated service to women from Black and Ethnic Minority (BME) communities.
