Who to contact if you need urgent support in a crisis

If you feel suicidal or feel like harming yourself or other people:

  • Call 999
  • Go to your nearest Accident and Emergency department (A&E).
  • You can also contact your local Intensive Mental Health Service; they work with people over the age of 16 who are experiencing Mental Health Crisis, as an alternative to hospital admission. See below for local contact details:
