Services we Provide

Overview

Remploy has supported people with a wide range of disabilities, health conditions and barriers to work to prepare for, find and move into work. So, no matter what your workplace needs, we can help.

What we do

Who Can We Help?

We can support people that are currently out of work and claiming disability, sickness or incapacity benefits, as well as:

  • People over 16 with a disability or health condition as defined by theEquality Act 2010
  • Those with a disability who are leaving education
  • Individuals who feel their job may be at risk because of their disability or health condition.

We have specialist expertise in working with people who have mental health conditions; whether you need help to find work or keep the job you already have.

What We Can Do?

Remploy also has a vast amount of knowledge in helping those with learning disabilities to find work and support employers to understand learning differences and your needs.

We work with lots of employers who want to employ Remploy candidates, as they know they are hard working and committed to the job.

We'll work with you to develop your skills, which will give you the best chance of getting the job you want; no matter if you've never worked before, or have been out of work for a while.

Our advisors will help you to create or update your CV and practice forinterviews. Then we'll support you to find and apply for jobs.

If you're concerned about how to disclose your disability to employers, then we can help to guide you through this. We can even offer employers funding for recruiting Remploy candidates through the Wage Incentive Scheme.

Then once you've started work, we'll keep in touch with you through our in-work support service, helping you to do well in your new role and progress in your career.

We can also support you to access funding and support for reasonable adjustments, should you need any adaptations or special equipment to do your job.
