Equine Assisted Psychotherapy

Horses Helping People with Depression and Anxiety and Horse Sense for Life CIC are running a workshop for those interested in learning how horses help people with Depression and Anxiety.
During the workshop, you will participate in the experiential process used by the EAGALA model, which offers a solution-orientated approach.
Learn the power of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP), where the therapeutic team consists of a Mental Health Professional, Equine Specialist and a horse.
