Shelter England provide a wealth of free legal case advice on the following issues:
- possession of the home (not mortgage possession)
- eviction from the home
- seeking repairs to rented accomodation where the disrepairs pose a serious risk of harm to health or safety
- homelessness assistance for persons who are homeless or threatended with homelessness
- injuctions under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997Shelter England also provide a fantastic online resources to locate you nearest Housing related legal advice service.
Simply use the link above to take you through the the Shelter England site. You will then have the option to input your postcode, the site will then list all housing advice services in your locality and how to contact them.
