Homelessness Teams in Somerset
Added: 20 December 2013
If you are homeless, threatened with homelessness, or would just like advice on housing, you should go to your local District Council or (if you have one) speak to your support worker who can make a referral into a supportive service for you.
Your situation will be assessed and support will be provided accordingly. You may be referred on to the specialist Housing Advice Team, who can help in a number of ways.
