As part of this change they have also launched their new website
The services have remained the same and they still offer access to the following NHS psychological therapies
- CBT
- Counselling
- Counselling for depression
- Couples counselling
- IPT
- Mindfulness
- Psychosexual counselling
There are self-referral services and clients telephoning will be given two initial appointments in which their needs will be assessed and treatment plan discussed.
Clients can also book themselves on to a psycho-educational course via the website – no assessment is required prior to attending a course.
