Rough Sleeper Cold Weather Support Helpline

As cold weather approaches, it is essential that rough sleepers have the information they need to get help and support in a timely way.

Julian House manages the helpline and website which is available to help members of the public report a rough sleeper so that those individuals can be directed to support services.

The Report a Rough Sleeper Line and Website is managing more calls than ever before. 

Covering Wiltshire, Swindon, B&NES, Somerset and North Somerset; Julian House is able to give a personalised service to members of the public who want feedback about the rough sleeper they are reporting and provide local information and intelligence.
