You can access a wide range of Council services, and get help and advice from a number of other public and voluntary organisations in one convenient location.
Please note: the main Guildhall entrance is still open for all Register Office, Bath Records Office and Electoral Services enquiries.
The One Stop Shop is located on the opposite side of the road to the Police Station.
A variety of face to face services are offered by the Council and our partner organisations. Please note that not all services will be available on all the days and times shown below.
