Breaking Free Best Practice
Added: 28 April 2014
Readiness To Implement
We thought you might find our new ‘Readiness to Implement Breaking Free’ form helpful. It is a quick and easy check list to help identify what needs to be in place to help your service get the most out of the interventions.
Our ‘Undertaking a Walkthrough’ document also details a great way to walk in the footsteps of a service user. This can help identify what works well and how access to Breaking Free can be improved within your service.
Both documents have come from previous suggestions, so if you have any suggestions or examples of best practice we would love to hear from you so that we can help spread the word.
If we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
