Services we Provide

Overview

We aim to work with you to overcome anxieties, and difficulties you may be experiencing using the least intensive option and increasing the level of support we provide if and when you need it. We also let you decide where you want to access treatment.

What we do

We provide assessment for, and access to a number of interventions including the below.

  • Initial Assessment of need.
  • Foundation courses for:

1) low mood
2) stress management.

  • Referral into 1 of 16 approved mental health providers who offer 1:1 and group work CBT treatment.
  • Our trained psychologists provide 1:1 or group work CBT treatment.
  • We provide access to treatment for the following issues:

1) depression
2) anxiety
3) stress
4) anger management
5) loss/bereavement
6) relationship difficulties
7) eating issues
8) obsessions
9) long term physical problems

Although we can offer access to counselling sessions we work to help you move forward and not look back. Through CBT we help you to change the way you think and therefore the way you react to situations in life.
