Services we Provide

Overview

South Gloucestershire CAB is the only generalist independent advice agency in the district set up to offer information, advice and advocacy services to people in the whole of South Gloucestershire. Those services make a real difference to the lives of people in our area.

What we do

We provide independant, impartial and confidential advice to residence of South Gloucestershire. All employees and volunteers are specialist in providing high quality advice which we can offer in a variety of ways:

Face 2 Face

We offer face to face advice where no appointment is needed. Drop-in sessions operate on a first come first serve basis. Everyone who comes to a drop-in session will have a short assessment interview, where we can help find you information to solve your problems. If necessary, we’ll make you a further appointment to look at it all in more detail.

Telephone Advice

Just give us a ring and we'll point you in the right direction for the information you need to take the next steps in solving your problems.

Where we can, we'll try to give you the right resources to manage the situation yourself, but if that isnt right for you we can arrange to see you by appointment in your local bureau.
