Care Leaving Worker.

To provide support, advice and practical help to vulnerable young people, with priority support given to care leavers. Deputy Manager, Housing

To assist the Manager to lead operational delivery of the Bristol dispersed housing and related services, enabling provision of a comprehensive housing management service and to ensure that effective support is provided for young people. The post will manage our specialist support and accommodation services for vulnerable young people, including care leavers with complex needs, young people leaving custody, young people who offend in the community, and young people with mental health needs. An overarching aim of the role is to ensure that internal and external services are successfully joined up so that young people can make a safe and successful transition to independence.
