Mental Health Groups at Nilaari

Nilarri are working in conjunction with LIFT Psychology to deliver a number of courses from the New Year.
Please see attached information about some of the groups being delivered
at Nilaari from January 2014. The details of which are as follows:
* Managing Depression with Dual Diagnosis (Low Level Depression & Anxiety)
* Men Managing Depression
* Lifting the Mood of Young Mums
If you know anyone that would be suitable to attend any of the groups, contact should be made with Lift Psychology stating the name of the course the person wishes to attend.
Lift Psychology will explain the process to enable attending the course.
