Overview

Supported accommodation for individuals over the age of 18. The accommodation is based in Old Market in Bristol and is the sister project to Wick House.

What we do

The properties currently has 17 individual rooms however it is hoped this will expand shortly to offer a further 45 rooms.

There is a no drugs or alcohol policy on or near the site.

There is a curfew in place from 11pm - this is relaxed to 12pm on Friday and Saturday (if they are late the gates are shut and they are not allowed in).

The properties are staffed 24/7 with an allocated key worker to support residentsr needs.

Rooms are funded by housing benefit with a £9.60 per week top-up fee.

People with an electronic tag are also accepted.

The property has rooms of a decent size and good communal areas which residents are expected to maintain.

With the building work going on there is also opportunity for residents to get involved and learn some new skills if they wish.

How to access

Eligibility Criteria:

Males over the age of 18

No history of major violence

Referral Process:

Must be referred by a key worker. The manager Nick is happy to take calls to discuss potential referrals 01179252096

A secure email will shortly be available.

Current referral process is just over the phone apart from IOM offender managers who can complete this referral form and leave at Bridewell reception to be collected (please still call).
