What we do
South Gloucestershire Talking Therapies is run by trained practitioners who listen and discuss your problems with you. They can also help you to find ways of tackling or coping with them.
They offer both one to one and group sessions.
Talking therapies are suitable for a variety of problems, including:
- depression
- anxiety/panic
- work related stress
- obsessions
- anger difficulties
- relationship difficulties
- eating problems
- loss/bereavement
- long term physical health conditions.

How to access
To access South Gloucestershire Talking Therapies you can either complete a registration form to book a telephone assessment, or you can book yourself directly onto a Stress and Mood Management (SMM) Course.
Making a Commitment
You need to commit to the course of therapy for talking therapy to be helpful. If you are not able to do this, it may not be the right time for you.
