About The Bridge SARC
The Bridge is a Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC). We offer medical care, emotional and psychological support, and practical help to anyone who has been raped or sexually assaulted, men women or children.
Our specialist team will be here for you if you are:
An adult or child, living in Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset, Bath & North East Somerset or Somerset.
A child, living in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire or Swindon.
We also offer information to friends and family if someone you care about has been affected by sexual assault.

Overview
At the Bridge we aim to empower and support victims of rape and sexual assault. Our specialist workers can inform you of your options and assist you in making your own decisions about your care. Sexual assault can happen to anyone - men, women and children. At the Bridge we offer you a place of safety and support you in your recovery.
What we do
Here at the Bridge we have specially trained, experienced professionasl who can provide you with:
- Sexual Health Information and referral services
- Information about reporting to the police and judicial processes
- Forensic medical facilities
- Counselling
- Post-sexual assault follow-up care
- Practical support and referrals to other community services
- Consultation services to other professionals

We have counselling sevrices in Bristol, Taunton, Nailsea, Bath and Bridgwater.
We cover:-
- Somerset
- North Somerset
- Bath and NE Somerset
- Bristol
- South Gloucestershire.
