WINNER Future 4 Me Project

Congratulations to the Future 4 Me Project run by 1625 Independent People
They have been crowned the National Lottery
"BEST VOLUNTARY/CHARITY PROJECT 2015".
They beat off stiff competition from larger, national projects to get 7,333 public votes to win.
Future 4 Me offers specialist support to young people leaving custody and leaving care.
They engage young people, find out about their interests, develop aspirations and agree a pathway so they can achieve their goals and work with partner agencies who offer numerous opportunities and additional support to achieve positive outcomes.. The Future 4 Me Workers bringing specialist skills in housing, mental health, and learning and work. They typically support young people for 6-12 months through weekly meetings.
